Ashton Monroe brings a deep, lifelong understanding of real estate to his role at Sotheby’s International Realty. Raised from a property investment–focused background and exposed to real estate transactions from an early age, he developed a strong foundation that naturally led to a career in New York City’s highly competitive market. Today, Ashton serves as The Field Team’s Downtown Sales and Leasing specialist, where he applies both experience and precision to every client relationship. He is particularly adept at guiding first-time buyers and clients who are new to New York City, offering expertise, strategy, and steady leadership throughout the process.
Ashton has participated in hundreds of transactions as a member of The Field Team, the #1 globally ranked team at Sotheby’s International Realty, Inc. His experience spans all price points - from $600,000 one-bedroom residences to trophy penthouses exceeding $12 million - and includes notable new development projects such as 212 Fifth Avenue, 56 Leonard Street, and 111 West 57th Street. In 2025, he and the team are responsible for closing over $7 Billion in sales.

He works closely among the worlds top-producing brokers and members of the Field Team, with notable work featured in outlets including The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Architectural Digest, CNN, MSNBC, and The New York Post.
Before entering real estate, Ashton built a career in the entertainment and hospitality industries, working on film sets across the country and later serving as Director of Guest Operations at a boutique luxury hotel. This background informs his client-first approach and reinforces his belief that successful real estate relationships are built on listening, understanding, and trust.
