Utilizing his extensive contacts, deep market knowledge and tireless perseverance, Benjamin assists buyers, sellers and investors in navigating their way through the New York City and Brooklyn real estate markets. Benjamin has handled everything from 20M+ new development sales in the prestigious buildings along 57th Street, estate sales in historic buildings along the Upper West and Upper East Sides, investor renovation projects and flips to marquee, record breaking deals in Flatiron, Chelsea and Tribeca.
With previous roles in public relations and venture capital, Ben has a diverse skillset that sets him apart from the pack. Innately curious, always learning and with an eye out for opportunity, Benjamin makes sure he is always knowledgeable about the ever-evolving marketing and branding landscape. Resolute in understanding clients’ goals and advocating on their behalf, clients can rest easily knowing they will be in good hands from start to finish.
A native of Brookline, Massachusetts, Benjamin attended the University of Montana where he was a collegiate ski racer. An avid lover of the outdoors, Benjamin has a home in Vermont where he enjoys hiking, skiing, fishing and playing golf.
