Having been in the industry for close to a decade, Ian has specialized in Lincoln Square, Midtown West, the Upper West Side, Upper East Side, and Northern and Lower Manhattan and Brookly, but works in all neighborhoods. Whether it be your first home or an ultra-luxury residence, he brings a keen eye for value and an innate ability to match every client with the right property.

Married with two dogs at home, Ian enjoys working out and boating in his free time. He and his wife are heavily involved in The New York City Community Refrigerator Charity Program for those in need. Ian has personally delivered thousands of pounds of food to the NYC Community Fridges and has managed several fundraisers for the charitable cause. He loves spending time in the city, and out in Eastern Long Island where he has had five family homes.
