Leigh Williamson is a Managing Director, Luxhabitat Sotheby’s International Realty. She's been a dynamic presence with Luxhabitat Sotheby’s International Realty since 2014, consistently ranking among the agency’s top producers and accomplishing over $550 million in sales with the company alone since joining. In 2021, Leigh has achieved record sales within Dubai Hills with two record breaking sales totalling $100 million in sales, along with great success on Jumeriah Bay Island and Development sales with clients looking to build projects.
Leigh’s core competencies are project developments, international sales, commercial investment acquisitions, new business development, and marketing of luxury properties. Her long and varied experiences in sales taught her the importance and value of maintaining strong, long-term relationships with her clients. In turn, clients regard Leigh not only for her dedication and patience, but also for her 110% transparency, work ethics, negotiation skills, get-it-done attitude, and thorough guidance on their property investment undertakings.
Her strong client network of UHNWI's individuals from the Middle East and influential members of the society worldwide has allowed for her business to grow with ease. In addition to her real estate successes, she also has over 20 years of managing and marketing high-profile, world-class events with clients, such as F1, The PGA & European Tour Golf, Premier & Serie A Football Clubs, ATP Tennis, Rugby and various cultural events like the Toronto International Film Festival.
Inspired by the many opportunities arising from the Sotheby’s identity and heritage, Leigh’s next professional pursuit includes a connoisseurship program at the Sotheby’s Institute of Art and optimising her expertise on a global scale while taking on the role as the Head of the Middle East Desk in Manhattan with Nikki Field and her team. Currently, she exhibits her real estate prowess in the local and global platforms, most prominently in London, New York, Canada, Dubai and Saudi Arabia and exclusive high-end properties around the world. Leigh also shares a great passion for art, philanthropic works and traveling around the world.
