Nikki Field has been a dynamic presence with Sotheby’s International Realty since 1998. Ms. Field pioneered the team sales model in Manhattan by founding the eponymous “The Field Team,” transacting over $5 billion in sales and annually ranking among the top sales teams at Sotheby’s International Realty. She has been consistently ranked by The Wall Street Journal/Real Trends annual report as one of America’s Top 250 Real Estate Professionals and one of the Top 20 in NYC. In 2018, Ms. Field sold the most expensive ($54M) re-sale in NYC, and she represented both seller and buyer. In 2019, she delivered a record sale ($80M) which was the highest transfer in the history of Downtown Manhattan. In 2021, she represented the seller in the most expensive ($60M) cooperative sale in NYC since 2015. In 2022, she sold the most expensive townhouse on Fifth Avenue since 2020, the Vanderbilt Mansion.
The Field Team specializes in Manhattan’s luxury co-op, condo, townhouse, and new development markets, where they have set numerous industry-wide record-shattering prices. Additional record sales include multiple $50M+ units on Billionaire’s Row and numerous record townhouse sales on the Upper East Side. Ms. Field excels in new development representation: closing out 995 Fifth Avenue, The Stanhope for Extell Development; Director of Sales for Kushner Companies at The Puck Building, a $175M+ sell-out; and 40 East 72nd, an $80M sell-out. She was Lead Sales Director for the $400M+ sell-out of 212 Fifth Avenue. Outside of New York, her numerous worldwide referral sales include the most expensive home in the history of Connecticut, Copper Beech Farm for $139M.
Ms. Field is a financial portfolio advisor for international investors in securing and managing prime, global residential real estate. She travels extensively to emerging markets in Asia, building on her growing global brand. In 2017, Ms. Field co-authored “The Chinese Definitive Guide to USA Real Estate”, which is published in Chinese and available on Amazon.com. She is an original member of Sotheby’s International Realty Market Leaders, an elite network of top producing agents who collaborate to match high-net-worth buyers and sellers worldwide. Ms. Field is also a board member of NYRAC.
Ms. Field is a regularly featured industry speaker and frequently is interviewed by national and international news outlets on the luxury residential market. She was showcased in the PBS installment of Super Skyscrapers in which One57, 'The Billionaire Building,' was featured as America’s most luxurious residential building and highlighted her noted record of multiple $50M sales. In addition, Ms. Field was prominently featured in the acclaimed BBC television documentary Super Homes as well as in CBS Living Large, NBC Open House, CNBC Secret Lives of the Super Rich, Voice of America, Business Insider, CNN, MSNBC, MSN, Forbes, Bloomberg, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Mansion Global, Financial Times, The New York Post, Robb Report, Architectural Digest, Daily Telegraph, Inman, China Daily, Epoch Times, Arts of Asia, Elite, Economic Times, and Quest.
