Mara recommended Mitch Owen, an outstanding architect who designed and supervised construction for a gut renovation, with a fabulous results. When it came time to sell Mara staged our apartment herself, bringing in her own accessories when necessary. Mara sold it for cash, over asking, in two weeks.
